		<description>It is very easy and practical. The reader I use is Google Reader (accessible from your Gmail and listed as one of many services associated with your Google account). What you do is go there, find the button &quot;Add Subscription&quot; and enter the URL of either the website or the RSS feed you want to keep up with. Et voila!

Obviously the real benefit would be if you subscribe to more than one website through the reader because then you save time keeping track of all the sites from one place. The reader automatically brings you the latest posts/items and displays them. You can then share them with others or comment on them, if you like.</description>
